The role requires strong declarative instincts and mentorship to junior staff, with a starting salary range of $120,000 to $145,000.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture/consulting experience.
• Demonstrated experience with DoD / Federal Salesforce environments (IL4/IL5 GovCloud).
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional alignment between metadata package and customer processes.
• Validate data architecture, object models, security matrix, and portal access structures.
• Design, build, and deliver Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow.
