Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong command of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset).
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Automate business processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Ensure CRM best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.
