Job summary

ExtraHop is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations. You will lead technical decisions, review code, and collaborate with analysts and admins to translate business needs into scalable platforms.

The role requires 3+ years in Salesforce development, certification, and strong API integration experience, with a focus on performance, governance, and deployment automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years as Salesforce Developer with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of Governor Limits, best practices, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with deployment tools (SFDX, Change Sets, Copado, CI/CD pipelines).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
• Act as a technical expert, guiding best practices, code standards, and design decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Implement Salesforce customizations using declarative tools (Flows) and programmatic solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and company standards.
• Support CI/CD deployment and testing through pipelines.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions and processes.
