GSD Search, LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a collaborative technology team that designs, builds, and enhances enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting mission-critical operations. The role focuses on developing across multiple Salesforce clouds, improving release management, deployment automation, and platform performance while adhering to modern DevOps practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience developing solutions within Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience with Git and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, DevOps Center, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable solutions across Salesforce platforms including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and external enterprise systems.
• Participate in technical design reviews, peer code reviews, and solution architecture discussions.
• Optimize application performance through SOQL tuning, governor limit optimization, batch processing, and asynchronous development.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using modern Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with administrators, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Maintain documentation, technical specifications, testing, and release management processes.
• Apply Salesforce security best practices, including field‑level security, encryption, and audit controls.
