Qualifications

• 7+ years Salesforce programmatic development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL
• 7+ years configuring Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, and Security and Permission Sets
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations and web services, including REST/SOAP, Bulk API 2.0, and Metadata API
• 5+ years of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management experience using Copado and Git-based version control
• 7+ years of full-lifecycle SDLC experience in an Agile environment, including technical specifications, unit testing, and stakeholder collaboration
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and architectural options
• Experience defining system landscapes, identifying technical gaps, and implementing end-to-end solutions
• Ability to develop and run automated unit tests with high code coverage and support QA and regression testing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Salesforce Platform Developer (PD1/PD2) or Administrator certifications are preferred
• Must be able to interview onsite
