Job summary

Brillio is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and optimize CPQ and Lightning-based solutions. You will work with Apex, LWC, Flows, and App Builder, ensuring secure, scalable deployments across Salesforce environments.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience and a solid grasp of data migrations and integrations. The role emphasizes CPQ optimization, reporting, and governance, with a strong focus on quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization experience.
• Proficiency with Lightning Reports, Dashboards, Pages and App Builder.
• Experience with LWC, Apex and Salesforce deployment tools.
• Knowledge of security setup and user management in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Maintain CPQ configurations, pricing and quoting processes.
• Administer Salesforce environments including users, security, and Lightning Pages/Flows.
• Utilize AI tools/codex for structural analysis and improvements.
• Design and maintain Lightning Reports, Dashboards, and Paths to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and deployment standards.

Location: SFO, CA- 3 days onsite must from day one

Duration: Long term

Experience Range: 5 to 8 years of experience, including significant hands-on work with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce CPQ

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver scalable business solutions
• Enhance and maintain Salesforce CPQ implementations, ensuring accurate product configuration, pricing, and quoting processes
• Administer Salesforce environments, managing users, security, and configuring Lightning Pages, Flows, and App Builder
• Leverage AI tools and codex to analyze build structures, extract actionable insights, and implement improvements
• Design and maintain Lightning Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and Lightning Paths to support business requirements and improve user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce platform, integration, and customization issues to minimize business disruption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements aligned with organizational goals
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, deployment standards, and documentation for high code quality and system performance
