Senior Salesforce Developer
1st Richmond, 2nd Dallas/Jacksonville
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team in Richmond. This role is ideal for someone with 6+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development who is eager to expand their skills and contribute to impactful CRM solutions. You will work closely with senior developers, business analysts, technical/solution architects and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications that support our business operations and customer engagement strategies. A Senior Salesforce Developer with Agile and SAFe experience creates and maintains Salesforce solutions, writes Apex code and Lightning Components, and participates in Agile sprints and ceremonies while adhering to SAFe principles of iterative development and continuous feedback. This role requires translating user stories into technical design collaborating with cross‑functional teams and business SMEs, mentoring and delegating work to junior developers, performing unit and integration testing, code reviews, maintaining the deployment pipelines and sandbox environments, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
McKesson Medical‑Surgical (MMS), which is expected to become Wellverse in early 2027, is a subsidiary and publicly reported segment of the McKesson Corporation. Our Base Pay Range for this position $120,000 - $200,000. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities may be offered.
