Job Description & Required Skills:

• Collaborate with Client IT/Business teams and System Integrator Dev teams to develop/customize Salesforce Order Management (SOM) components.
• Handle development for new requirements and SIT findings that are out of scope for the System Integrator.
• Strong experience in developing and customizing Salesforce components within Salesforce Order Management.
• Proficient in creating custom reports in Salesforce Order Management.
• Solid understanding of B2C Order Management processes.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools; Copado experience highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and requirements gathering skills.
• Comfortable working in an onsite/offshore model.
