Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Salesforce-focused developer to build and maintain deployable demo assets across Salesforce and NextGen platforms, including front- and back-end work and cloud integrations. You will ensure asset reliability, perform root cause analysis, and deploy enhancements while collaborating with product owners and following DevOps processes.

You will contribute to documentation, mentor teammates, and drive tooling automation in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform technologies including LWC, JavaScript, Aura, Apex, SOQL, and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and CRM Analytics.
• Salesforce Admin, App Builder, and Platform Developer I certifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.
• Experience with Git and GitHub workflows, Salesforce DX (SFDX), or Cumulus CI.
• Hold Sales, Service, or other Salesforce consultant certifications (even better).
• Knowledge of Python and AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude (even better).
• Experience developing applications in a large enterprise environment (even better).
