Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with significant CRM Analytics experience.
• Experience with CRMA, datasets, dataflows, recipes, and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform including Lightning Experience, LWC, Apex, SOQL and Salesforce configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) solutions to support business reporting and analytics needs.
• Build and optimize datasets, dataflows, recipes, dashboards, lenses, and advanced analytics applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that provide actionable business insights.
• Integrate Salesforce data with external systems, data warehouses, and third-party data sources.
