Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
• 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect or senior technical role.
• Advanced experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security/sharing models, and governor limits.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein/AI capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, middleware, and ETL tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Strong understanding of data governance, security compliance, and IAM technologies.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, and Data Architecture.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including user story definition, backlog management, and release planning.
• Proven ability to lead SDLC execution and deliver, and to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and support the technical direction for the Salesforce platform with enterprise strategies.
• Manage a multi-org environment supporting marketing, lead-to-quote, order and service management.
• Hands-on development using Apex, LWC, Flows, and complex integrations for Sales/Marketing Cloud.
• Own architectural standards, governance, design reviews, and platform roadmap.
• Design data models, automation, and security/sharing configurations at scale.
• Lead LDV and performance optimization efforts.
• Direct data migration planning and execution for major releases.
• Manage IAM including SSO, OAuth, SAML and access controls.
• Design IAM and integration strategies with SAP, ServiceNow, and external systems.
