Job summary

One Dynamic is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect, SME, to lead architecture across the AIE system for the U.S. Army. You will guide technical vision, mentor developers, and shape secure, scalable Salesforce solutions for federal workloads.

This leadership role requires collaboration with DevSecOps, governance enforcement, and hands-on oversight of design decisions that impact frontline recruiting operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce architecture on enterprise-scale programs.
• Experience in DoD or federal environments with active Secret or higher clearance.
• Proven track record leading senior Salesforce developers and architectural decisions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering OmniStudio solutions.
• Experience delivering full-lifecycle Salesforce projects from requirements to support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture, integration, data modeling and security.
• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC and OmniStudio.
• Define and enforce architecture governance and release management.
• Collaborate with data SMEs on scalable data models and data migration.
• Review designs, code, and configurations submitted by developers.
• Partner with DevSecOps for secure deployments and DoD security compliance.
• Produce technical documentation: ADRs, diagrams, compliance artifacts.
• Conduct architectural reviews and manage technical debt.
