Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Salesforce Architect or similar senior role.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge across FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong governance, security, and data-architecture expertise.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce integrations and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Salesforce technical architecture for enterprise initiatives.
• Design scalable solutions across FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into architecture and solution designs.
• Establish architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Lead technical direction for teams and review designs and implementations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
