First Horizon Bank is seeking a Salesforce IT Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Salesforce solutions that power our digital banking strategy in a large financial institution.

With 16+ years in Salesforce, you will lead technical delivery, enforce code quality, integrate core banking systems via APIs, and advance SDLC with AI tools and native Salesforce innovations. This role demands enterprise-scale thinking, security-first design, and mentoring junior developers across FSC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Multiple active Salesforce Certifications required.
• 16+ years Salesforce experience in large financial services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Salesforce solutions for retail and commercial banking.
• Architect FSC configurations and multi-tenant data models.
• Lead technical delivery and enforce code quality standards.
• Implement secure, low-latency integrations with core banking systems.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate SDLC and modernize development practices.
• Mentor mid-level developers and drive engineering best practices.
• Maintain Visualforce legacy migrations to LWC/Aura components.
• Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and manage data governance.
