Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead design, integration, and governance of enterprise Salesforce solutions in a remote role across Sales, Service & Cloud. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.

The role requires 10+ years IT experience, 7+ in Salesforce, and strong expertise across REST/SOAP, middleware tools, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
10+ years IT experience with at least 7+ years in Salesforce.
3+ years of experience as Salesforce Technical Architect or Solution Architect.
Deep Salesforce platform expertise; design, integration, and architecture.
Experience with REST and SOAP integrations; middleware tools.
Experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce release management.
Strong enterprise architecture knowledge and design patterns.
Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead architecture discussions and provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities.
Define solution architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
Design complex integrations using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
Establish development standards, governance, security frameworks.
Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical teams.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution assessments.
Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and advise solutions.
Support data migration, data governance, and master data management initiatives.
Evaluate new Salesforce features and drive platform innovation.
