Job summary

Intealth is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer III/Architect in Philadelphia to provide technical leadership and design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that support critical business functions. This role will establish architecture standards while guiding solution design, deployments, and production support.

The candidate will lead architectural reviews, mentor developers, and ensure our solutions meet enterprise standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions in production.
• Define technical architecture and build end-to-end Salesforce apps.
• Lead solution-design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
• Mentor developers and set technical standards and best practices.
• Balance Salesforce configuration with custom development for scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide the technical architecture for enterprise Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud.
• Lead architectural reviews, design sessions, and technical discussions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce applications using enterprise patterns.
• Develop integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems.
• Establish Salesforce data architecture, security models, and standards.
• Lead adoption of Salesforce DX, DevOps, and automated deployments.
• Evaluate platform upgrades and third-party apps from AppExchange.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction throughout SDLC.
• Support production and non-production environments and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
