Position Summary:

The Senior Salesforce Architect plays a pivotal role in driving Empower's business outcomes by using AI to enhance speed, scale, quality, and decision-making in a highly regulated 503A/503B environment. This role owns Salesforce architecture strategy and execution, ensuring solutions align with Empower’s hyper‑growth trajectory, business goals, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture that supports Empower’s strategic goals, improves business processes, and maintains compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.
• AI Integration: Develop AI-enhanced solutions that improve automation, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and decision-making within Salesforce.
• Innovation Roadmap: Build and maintain a forward‑looking roadmap that incorporates emerging technologies into Salesforce architecture and supports long‑term business value.

Operational Excellence

• Process Optimization: Optimize business processes through Salesforce, using AI to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and reduce operational risk.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance protocols for Salesforce projects, leveraging AI tools to improve testing, delivery quality, and continuous improvement.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to measure Salesforce solution effectiveness and provide actionable insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Mentoring & Development: Lead and mentor Salesforce professionals, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and responsible AI adoption.
