Position Summary:

The Manager, Enterprise Platforms for Supply Chain and Operations leads the implementation, optimization, and sustainment of enterprise systems that strengthen Empower’s operational performance and scalability. The role owns platform delivery across ERP, WMS, TMS, manufacturing, and related systems, connecting procurement, inventory, logistics, and demand planning. Operating in Empower’s hyper-growth, highly regulated 503A/503B environment, this manager translates business priorities into integrated technology solutions and accountable execution. • Regulatory Alignment: Coordinate with business and IT partners to align platform implementations and enhancements with applicable regulatory requirements, maintaining established controls throughout operational changes.
