A leading global nutrition company in Decatur, IL is seeking a Senior Salesforce Analyst to enhance Salesforce solutions for commodity trading and risk management. This role offers 100% remote work and a salary range of $155,808 - $165,808 per year. Ideal candidates should have a Master's degree and experience in Salesforce deployments. Senior Salesforce Analyst – Commodity Trading and Risk Management, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL. Analyze business processes, work with Solution Architects, Process analysts, as well as business and process experts to develop, document and deliver end-to-end Salesforce activities and systems solutions. Assist with the development of (RICEFW) team members to ensure alignment of technical design and specifications. Participate in design for and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions. Partner with other IT delivery team member to ensure efficient and effective design, development, and implementation of solutions. Complete configuration for user stories within Salesforce or other cloud-based technologies readily available in the Salesforce AppExchange. Examine current and proposed solutions to ensure efficacy. Provide input to role-based security designs and solutions. Understand technology risks and explore opportunities to improve effectiveness within respective process area. Support project implementation transition through documentation and knowledge transfer.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary range: $155,808 - $165,808/yr. Standard Company Benefits.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and two (2) years of related work experience in Information Technology.
Must have two (2) years of experience with/in the following:
Must have completed two (2) full-lifecycle Salesforce deployments.
100% telecommuting permitted.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$155,808 - $165,808/yr.
