Job description

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to take full ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you’ll lead the redesign of our CRM architecture to align with evolving business needs and support scalable GTM operations. Y ou’ll be the go-to expert for system architecture, automation, and optimization—playing a key role in scaling our GTM operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving complex RevOps challenges, designing scalable solutions, and integrating modern tools (including AI) to boost sales productivity. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive CRM efficiency, improve data quality, and identify opportunities for automation and AI to accelerate execution.

Key responsibilities
  • Own all aspects of Salesforce administration—including configuration, data hygiene, user support, and system security.
  • Redesign and scale our Salesforce architecture to match evolving business needs and GTM motion.
  • Implement advanced automations and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools to support sales productivity, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead CRM data structure reviews, audits, and cleanups to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Evaluate and manage the broader RevOps tech stack, driving tool adoption and cost-effective usage.
  • Build a long-term CRM and RevOps systems roadmap aligned with business growth.
  • Conduct ongoing training and enablement to improve system adoption and data quality across teams.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration and/or architecture experience.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, automation tools (Flow, Apex, Lightning), and data management best practices.
  • Experience with AI-powered sales tools (e.g., conversational intelligence, predictive analytics).
  • Familiarity with revenue tech stacks, CRM integrations, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Architect)
  • Experience with tools like Outreach, Marketo, Looker, or similar
  • Background in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth startup environments
  • Exposure to ABM strategy and CRM architecture to support it

The base pay range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $110,000 - $149,000 in San Francisco, CA. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular positions are eligible for equity, 401(k), health benefits, and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for part-time or temporary positions.
