Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking an experienced Salesforce System Administrator to manage projects with business stakeholders, design declarative solutions, and oversee delivery. The role focuses on Flow automation, data modeling, and keeping Salesforce efficient and reliable.

You will own project lifecycle, resolve complex issues, reduce technical debt, and align with developers on when to implement Apex/LWC. Excellent communication and certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of dedicated Salesforce administration and project management experience in a complex enterprise.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Required: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
• Highly preferred: Platform App Builder and/or Business Analyst certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects from inception to deployment with cross-functional partners.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues and user requests.
• Mitigate technical debt and maintain a clean data model through declarative tooling.
• Build advanced declarative solutions using Flow Builder, metadata types, and security architectures.
• Collaborate with Admin Architect and Developers to evaluate alternatives and hand off code when needed.
• Create functional documentation, flow diagrams, and user stories.
