Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce administration and project management experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Required: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
• Highly preferred: Platform App Builder and/or Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce sharing architecture, data security, reporting, and dashboard design.
• Experience with Flow Builder, custom metadata types, and schema builder.
• Experience with Data Loader, Sandbox management, Change Sets, and DevOps center.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle from inception to deployment with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary escalation point for daily operations and platform issues.
• Audit and remediate technical debt in the Salesforce org.
• Design advanced declarative solutions using Flow, metadata, and sharing rules.
• Collaborate with Admin Architect and Developers on solutions before code is written.
• Create functional documentation and user stories; govern processes and security.
