Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to implement, maintain, and drive enhancements to the organization’s CRM platform in Lenexa, Kansas. You will manage releases, provide user support, and design reports and dashboards while ensuring governance and security across the Salesforce environment.

The role collaborates with Sales Enablement to communicate processes, train staff, and optimize Salesforce usage in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT or related field, plus 3 years experience; or HS/GED with 7 years experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration and operational support.
• MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and drive enhancements to the organization’s CRM platform.
• Manage tool releases/enhancements, handling user support, training requests, designing reports and dashboards, and cross-functional project support.
• Ensure the CRM instance follows best practices, leverages technology advances and is governed on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate in requirements gathering and support Agile project methodology; partner cross-functionality for system/process improvements.
• Manage Salesforce and supporting applications issues and serve as the technical authority for team members.
