You'll collaborate with stakeholders, enhance existing implementations, and help shape the future-state architecture of a mission-critical Salesforce environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary Salesforce System Administrator across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Manage day-to-day platform administration, including user management, security, reports, dashboards, workflows, and system configurations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Evaluate, scope, design, and deliver new enhancements and development requests.
- Manage and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues while continuously improving the user experience.
- Facilitate backlog grooming and prioritization sessions with business and technical teams.
- Act as a trusted liaison between end users, business stakeholders, and development teams.
- Conduct system audits, monitor platform health, and prepare environments for upgrades and releases.
- Review and improve existing solutions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with long-term business goals.
- Contribute to application architecture decisions and recommend best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Development experience
- 4+ years of hands-on OmniStudio experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong experience with:
- OmniScripts
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- FlexCards
- Apex
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and governance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner directly with business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Public Sector or Education/K-12 experience
- Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and Git-based source control
Additional Information
- Hybrid schedule with 1 day per week onsite in Everett, MA
- Local candidates who can interview in person with short notice and work onsite site strongly preferred
- Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of OmniStudio experience to be considered for this opportunity.
