Notes: This is a hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator role (with some light development skills) for someone who knows the Salesforce platform inside and out and can also do some light development. It’s not just clicking buttons—it’s about building, designing, and optimizing Salesforce so the business runs smoother. The person in this role will configure and update Lightning, create custom apps and components (using things like Flows, LWC, Apex), and make sure Salesforce integrates well with other systems through APIs. They’ll also work directly with end users, gathering requirements, fixing issues, and training teams so the system is easy to use and delivers real value.
On top of that, this person needs to be comfortable wearing many hats—data cleanup, portal development, system security, reporting, and mentoring junior team members. It’s a senior-level role where you’re trusted to solve problems independently, juggle multiple projects, and keep Salesforce aligned with business goals. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a huge plus since the company is looking to evolve its data capabilities.
