Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a dynamic Salesforce expert to lead our Financial Services Cloud initiatives, driving scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. You will partner with product owners and teams to define requirements, design intuitive interfaces, and oversee offshore development to deliver robust Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with Financial Services Cloud experience required.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for system changes and enhancements
• Lead a project team to develop more robust Salesforce solutions.
• Coordinate tool suite technology development and determine project scope.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to improve business processes.
• Design, implement, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform including custom objects and reports.
• Follow SAFe Agile practices and maintain project information in the system of record.
• Complete project and programming work on other software and systems as assigned.
• Oversee development by offshore teams and guide error corrections.
• Collaborate with third-party consultants to develop future enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and system stability with IT colleagues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues and provide improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• Ensure deadlines and SLA compliance and flag blockers.

We have multiple business teams in our Salesforce environment andsolutioningfor scalabilityis a top priority.Our Salesforce team is agile and highly collaborative.As our business grows, the processes become more complex and require someone who is willing to think outside the box to meet the demands of our users.Oureveryday operations will have you meeting withproduct owners andteammates to determine the best course of action to meet complex business processneedsbydesigningintuitive and user-friendlyinterfacesincludingusing AI and a team of people to do the building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Be a subject matter expert in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Lead aproject team to develop more robust and comprehensiveSalesforcesolutions.
• Work as part of adesignteam to coordinate tool suite technology development and determine project scope and limitations
• Collaborate withproduct owners and businessstakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design, implement, andmaintainsolutionsontheSalesforceplatform, including custom objects,custom metadata,fields,complex flows,action plans,and reports.
• FollowSAFeAgile practices and maintain project information in system of record.
• Complete project and programming work on other software and/or systems as assigned.
• Oversee development of solutions by offshore teams including peer reviews and other testing, directing them on how tocorrect errors,and make necessary modifications.
• Collaborate with third-party consultants to develop and test future product enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure data integrity and system stability.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Ensure teamsmeet established deadlines and SLA’s and proactively communicate blockers.
• Manage and monitor data integrity and security.
• Keep abreast of newSalesforcefeatures and functionality andproviderecommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years ofexperience in the Salesforce ecosystem with Financial ServicesCloud experience required.
• AI experience is required.
• Consulting experience is preferred.
• Salesforcecertificationsare a plus.
• Salesforce Shield, Conga, Docusign,Own Backup, Calendly and Copado are a plus.
• Development skills, Lightning WebComponent, Apex,OmniStudioexperience is also a plus.
• Experienceworking inFinancial Services is preferred.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
