Job summary

RPI/Blurb is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud) for a contract/project-based role to support our Sales organization by refining data quality and ensuring the CRM is a reliable business tool. The role focuses on cleaning and organizing CRM data, standardizing records, identifying duplicates, and strengthening reporting foundations for future sales operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Admin or Sales Cloud Consultant preferred
• Experience working in a B2B sales org with inbound and outbound motions
• Ability to work independently and make recommendations

Responsibilities

• Audit existing Account and Opportunity fields to identify gaps in segmentation.
• Design and implement new custom fields on Account and Opportunity objects to support improved segmentation and reporting.
• Update page layouts and field-level security to reflect new data model.
• Review current Opportunity stage configuration and identify stalls in the funnel.
• Redesign and implement Opportunity Stages with probabilities and required fields.
• Create Record Types and Sales Processes for inbound vs. enterprise funnels with distinct layouts and picklists.
• Configure assignment rules or lead routing for two motions as needed.
• Identify and merge duplicate Account, Contact, and Lead records.
• Establish or apply duplicate/matching rules to prevent future duplication.
• Review and close aging Opportunities based on agreed criteria.
• Document data cleanup actions for audit purposes.
• Audit reports and dashboards for usage and relevance; update as needed.
• Assist with importing, exporting, and updating Salesforce data using appropriate tools.
• Archive or delete unused/redundant reports and dashboards.
• Build new reports and dashboards reflecting updated stages and segmentation fields.
