We have an exciting opportunity with significant growth potential for an energetic and outgoing Senior Sales Specialist at a manufacturing equipment partner facility in the Las Vegas, NV area. This position offers you the opportunity to join a sales team that is pushing the boundaries to contribute to the company's emergence on the international markets. This is an opportunity to contribute while working remotely and will be working on leads from the US (East Coast).

Schedule : 40hr / week (Day shift preferred).

Location : Remote - Candidate can reside anywhere in the US (Preferably on the eastern coast).

Language : English, (French or Spanish is a plus).

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Contact prospective customers and present them with the opportunity to purchase company equipment.
  • Identify opportunities for current customers to add additional equipment that will benefit their organization.
  • Serve as a specialist of equipment with knowledge of all aspects of the product, included but not limited to usage, setup, demo, basic training.
  • Be the main point of contact for customers while also including other business SMEs on sales opportunities and relationship management activities.
  • Develop and utilize sales, marketing programs, etc. to help promote the company's objectives and how choosing this equipment would benefit the customers.
  • Ensures understanding of customer's market and can develop and tailor sales plans to meet their needs.
  • Develop and present sales presentations to customers.
  • Demonstrate (Demo) product capabilities, benefits and discuss alternative solutions that would benefit the customers and highlight product lines as necessary.
  • Prepare and present customized plans, budgets and schedules for each customer.
  • Conducts cold calls to potential clients to build and maintain long-term business relationships in assigned region(s).
  • Develops, strengthens, and maintains long-term business relationships with current customers to ensure a favorable standing in the marketplace.
  • Inputs and tracks information in CRM and / or other sales software system(s).
  • Closes sales and achieves yearly quotas as assigned.
  • Leads and / or participates in Virtual Meetings using a variety of virtual meeting software.

Requirements

Education

  • Associates or Bachelors (Preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Work Experience & Technical Skills Requirement

  • Must be reliable and proactive.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will be a proactive leader, self-starter who takes initiatives, team player and have a technical background in packaging equipment.
  • Experienced using CRM products to track all aspects of the sales process and pipeline.
  • Must be proficient in using various communication tools (CRM, MS Office, MS Teams, Zoom, Telephone, Computer, web navigation).
  • Ability to lead meetings with prospective and current customers.
  • Manufacturing experience 2-3 years (Preferred).
  • knowledge of line packaging or related equipment (Preferred).
  • Be attentive to perspective customers in order to present them with the best solution for what best fits their scenario and environment.
  • Have the ability to clearly articulate points across to customers without heavy use of technical jargon.
  • Able to communicate the processes, procedures, and plans of action to customers.
  • Able to manage and foster a positive customer relationship.
  • Must be detail oriented and keep records for all call and or email with prospective and current customers.
  • Engage current customers to ensure they are satisfied.
  • Be resourceful by leveraging available tools, internal resources, team members and perform market research to stay on top of the industry.
  • Able to work with little guidance alone as well as in a team.
  • Shows initiative, drive and willing to learn and grow with the company.
  • Experience in the cannabis industry (preferred)

Certificate & License Requirement

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel without restrictions across the USA if required.
