You will transition from establishing a sales record to a mentorship-focused role, maintaining high sales achievement while developing talent and influencing culture through ongoing personal engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
• Demonstrated leadership, training, or teaching experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to inspire diverse teams.
