Job summary

The Human Reach is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive adoption of Career Amp among professionals. This is a 1099 contractor, commission-only role with uncapped earnings, backed by daily training and warm inbound leads.

You’ll own your pipeline and help clients achieve career growth while upholding our values. You’ll work remotely from anywhere, collaborate with the sales team, and continuously improve through feedback from the Director of Sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
• Move prospects through each stage of the sales pipeline in our CRM.
• Keep CRM updated with notes and follow-up plans.
• Present Career Amp to prospects, explaining its benefits.
• Stay aligned with the Director of Sales to improve processes.
