Music & Arts stores seek a driven sales professional to meet personal sales goals and support store profits. You will promote music lessons, build relationships with schools and community groups, and present compelling product solutions based on training.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, loyalty development, and involvement in merchandising and store operations. A High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant experience are required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.

• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Create business by networking with teachers/schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on sales training.

• Participate in all areas of store operations including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
• Maintain store security including perimeter door keys, register keys and personal alarm code.
