What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with Sales Finance, HR, Legal, FP&A, and Sales Leadership to recommend compensation mechanics and performance measures
  • Guide quota assignments using financial forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze key metrics related to compensation performance, attainment trends, and cost of sales/ROI
  • Ensure data and reporting support compensation payouts and collaborate with Sales Leadership to resolve issues
  • Lead audits on compensation attainment to ensure compliance with HR and legal requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Planning, or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of multiple sales operations domains, particularly in compensation design and sales analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and strategic outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
