Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

What’s the opportunity?

As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will be a strategic and operational partner to Fin’s Sales organization, helping build the systems, processes, reporting, and operating rhythms that enable our go-to-market teams to scale effectively.

You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Business Systems, Data Engineering, Marketing, and GTM leadership. You’ll own critical sales operations programs across forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota planning, compensation, performance reporting, and process optimization.

This is a high-impact role for a systems thinker and commercially minded operator who can move comfortably between detailed analysis, cross-functional program management, and executive-level recommendations. You’ll have the opportunity to improve how Fin’s sales organization operates while helping scale the GTM engine behind one of the fastest-growing AI products in the market.

What will I be doing?
  • Own and optimize core sales operations processes, systems, and operating cadences across the sales organization.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and Finance to build and maintain forecasting processes, pipeline reporting, quota models, attainment tracking, and performance insights.
  • Develop clear, trusted reporting and dashboards that give leaders visibility into funnel health, productivity, conversion, win rates, capacity, and revenue performance.
  • Lead territory planning, segmentation, coverage, and capacity analysis to support efficient allocation of sales resources.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on compensation planning, plan administration, performance measurement, and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions across CRM, BI, sales planning, compensation, and other GTM systems.
  • Partner with Business Systems and Data Engineering to improve data quality, data models, integrations, automation, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks across the sales cycle, including lead routing, opportunity management, approvals, contracting, handoffs, and post-sale transitions.
  • Establish and maintain consistent definitions, governance, documentation, and processes for key sales metrics and data.
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects from discovery through implementation, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, testing, rollout, and change management.
  • Build executive-ready analyses and recommendations that help leadership make decisions about growth, investment, productivity, and organizational design.
  • Use AI tools and automation thoughtfully to reduce manual work, improve data access, and increase the speed and quality of sales execution.
  • Create scalable operating processes that support growth without requiring linear increases in headcount.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on performance trends, operational risks, process improvements, and strategic priorities.
  • Support quarterly and annual planning activities, including business reviews, headcount planning, goal-setting, and operating plan development.
What skills do I need?
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, quota and territory planning, compensation, and sales performance metrics.
  • Experience owning or significantly improving CRM, BI, planning, compensation, or revenue technology systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with BI or reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms; experience partnering with Business Systems or Data Engineering teams is highly valuable.
  • Experience designing scalable processes, data governance frameworks, reporting systems, and operational workflows.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect operational improvements to revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Comfortable working hands‑on in the details while maintaining a strategic view of the broader business.
  • AI fluency and curiosity about applying AI, automation, and emerging tools to improve sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • High ownership, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward action.
  • Comfortable and energized operating in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve quickly.
