What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee a team of 4-8 Sales Associates within the SpendHound segment
- Own and develop the sales process for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
- Onboard, train, and coach team members with support from Enablement and Revenue Operations
- Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to enhance outreach messaging and strategy
- Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing a sales team with a proven track record of meeting targets
- At least 4+ years of successful sales experience in Mid-Market and Enterprise sales
- Familiarity with sales cycles ranging from 2-6 months
- Ability to develop talent and build effective teams
- Strong self-starter mentality with a hands-on approach to coaching and personal development
