Job description

TechAmic is hiring on behalf of a leading client in the software development space. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in IT service sales—specifically within the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) domain. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in enterprise software sales, with a focus on mobile and web development, digital transformation, and custom software services across global markets including the US, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and manage end-to-end sales cycles including deal negotiations and closure.
  • Lead the sales strategy for mobile apps, web portals, DevOps, RPA, and digital transformation services.
  • Build and manage profitable client relationships with a focus on international markets (US, Europe, APAC, Middle East).
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Identify market trends, competitor positioning, and client needs to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Generate and manage business worth $1M+ annually in software development services.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and leadership teams to ensure client success and revenue realization.
  • Prepare responses for tenders, EOIs, and similar large-scale bidding processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across enterprises.
  • Prior experience in the domestic market (India) working with large enterprises is a plus.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10–15 years of B2B sales experience in the IT services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile and web application development services.
  • Strong international exposure with a proven track record of lead generation and business development in global markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on process improvement and results.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, funnel management, and ROI optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
