The Hilton Austin, a Hilton Corporate Managed hotel,islooking to add a Senior Sales Manager to their team to handle all markets with groups! This is a great opportunity to join Hilton and one of the best hotels in Austin! The ideal candidate will have 2 years hotel group sales management experience within a mid to large size hotel.
The Hilton Austin has 38 flexible breakout rooms and access to over 112,000 sq. ft. of technologically sophisticated meeting space. The property is adjacent to the Austin Convention Center, and close to the entertainment districts, Hilton Austin is a prime Austin event location for both the largest conferences and the most intimate gatherings.
This role requires strong sales, communication, and networking skills. The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and then apply a disciplined approach to qualify, negotiate and secure new revenue for the hotel.
