What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
- Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
- Demonstrate strong revenue generation and exceed sales quotas through effective selling techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic referral partners and prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
- Proven track record of direct selling success, especially to “C” level executives in various industries
- Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and expert negotiation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master’s Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
