What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate revenue by selling the employer's suite of Business Partnership products and services to new and existing key accounts
- Collect and analyze data to identify business opportunities and sales prospects
- Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the Earned Wage Access space in fintech
- Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
- Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
- Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

- Master's Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
