What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive sales and generate revenue through new and existing key accounts within a designated market
  • Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
  • Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve financial goals
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with referral partners
  • Maintain regular updates on the sales process, demonstrating qualification and prioritization of opportunities
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience, particularly in the Earned Wage Access sector within fintech
  • Proven track record of selling to “C” level executives across various industries, including restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering, or a combination of training and experience
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a history of exceeding sales goals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree
  • Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
