What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
- Identify and qualify sales prospects by collecting and analyzing business information
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
- Maintain regular updates on the sales process, demonstrating effective negotiation and contract closure
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
- Proven track record of direct selling success, particularly to “C” level executives
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to generate significant revenue
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
