Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
- Collect and analyze information to understand business issues and identify sales prospects
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and key account strategies to meet sales and financial goals
- Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to consistently identify, qualify, and close new clients
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access sector within fintech
- Proven experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
- Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
- Relevant experience or degree in Communication, English, IT, or Engineering, or a combination of relevant training and/or experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
