Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
  • Collect and analyze information to understand business issues and identify sales prospects
  • Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
  • Implement sales plans and key account strategies to meet sales and financial goals
  • Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to consistently identify, qualify, and close new clients
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access sector within fintech
  • Proven experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
  • Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
  • Relevant experience or degree in Communication, English, IT, or Engineering, or a combination of relevant training and/or experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree
  • Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
