Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
  • Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
  • Sell a suite of products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
  • Successfully implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
  • Provide periodic updates on the complex sales process, including qualification, negotiation, and closure of sales
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
  • Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
  • Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
  • Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree
  • Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
