Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
  • Identify and qualify sales prospects, preparing quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and sales presentations
  • Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve financial goals
  • Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales while aligning with assigned referral partners
  • Provide periodic updates on sales processes, including opportunity qualification and prioritization
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, particularly in enterprise sales within the Earned Wage Access space
  • Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
  • Experience selling to C-level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
  • Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
  • Relevant experience or degree in Communication, English, IT, or Engineering, or a combination of training and experience in lieu of a degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree
  • Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
