Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
- Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
- Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales with targeted business prospects
- Maintain periodic updates on the complex sales process, including opportunity qualification and prioritization
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
- Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
- Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
- Experience in the Fintech industry
