Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
  • Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
  • Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
  • Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales with targeted business prospects
  • Maintain periodic updates on the complex sales process, including opportunity qualification and prioritization
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
  • Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
  • Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
  • Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree
  • Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
  • Experience in the Fintech industry
