What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a specified geographic area
  • Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
  • Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
  • Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products and services to targeted business prospects
  • Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales with prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the Earned Wage Access space in Fintech
  • Proven track record of direct selling success, particularly to “C” level executives
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to exceed sales goals and quotas
  • Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
  • Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
