What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
- Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
- Sell the employer's suite of products and services, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
- Maintain strategic alignment with assigned referral partners and provide periodic updates on sales progress
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech sector
- Proven track record of direct selling success, with strong revenue generation skills
- Experience selling to C-level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
