What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and key account strategies to meet financial goals
- Sell the employer's suite of Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while aligning with referral partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
- Proven track record of success in direct selling and exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling to “C” level executives across various industries, including restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
- Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master's Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
