Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a geographic area or market
  • Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
  • Implement sales plans and key account strategies to meet financial goals
  • Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products and services to targeted business prospects
  • Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to consistently identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
  • Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
  • Ability to sell to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
  • Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
  • Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree
  • Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
