Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Manager.

• Own and manage a book of business with a yearly quota of $4-8M+.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and activity targets for capital and subscription sales.
• Prospect and sell to single, multi-unit, and strategic accounts within your territory—focus on Day Spa, Medspa, and Wellness sectors (Hotel accounts excluded).
• Build and grow a sales pipeline by:
• Identifying and pursuing new account opportunities interested in innovative technologies.
• Developing relationships with multi-location and strategic accounts for business expansion.

Product Demonstrations & Collaboration

• Schedule and deliver product demos, involving relevant team members as needed.
• Work cross-functionally with training, product teams, branding, and executives to secure strategic wins.
• Understand deal economics thoroughly to protect Artemis’s reputation and profitability, especially when offering discounts.
• Manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders such as legal, security, and procurement.
• Prioritize accounts and opportunities effectively; balance sales calls, meetings, presentations, and administrative tasks (including Salesforce updates).
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective partners.
• Use industry knowledge and sales expertise to tailor solutions and negotiate contracts that generate sales and profitability.
• Simplify complex processes to accelerate sales.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher preferred
• 3+ years of previous B2B sales experience with demonstrated excellent results - more than 100% achievement consistently.
• 3+ years selling medical aesthetic capital equipmen to Estheticians, physicians, wellness or medical spa required
• Demonstrated success - Multiple years hitting 100% + to goal
• Ideally worked at companies like Lumens, BTL, Cartessa, Inmode or similar
