What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
- Collect and analyze information to identify business issues and sales prospects
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and strategies to meet financial goals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space
- Proven track record of selling to “C” level executives across various industries including restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills
- Ability to prepare effective written and oral presentations
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
